• Includes employees and retired individual.
• Age of applicant must be between 21 and 60
• Minimum salary of 3500 for Saudi Nationals.
• Minimum salary of 4000 for residents of Saudi Arabia with 15% first payment.
• The minimum financing amount is not less than 10,000 riyals, and the maximum financing amount is 250,000 riyals.
• Duration of service is at least 4 months for the private sector and at least 3 months for the semi-governmental sector and at least 1 month for the governmental sector.
• The APR ranges between 10% – 16% (insurance excluded) and varies according to financing amount and repayment period.
• The repayment period ranges from 6 months to 60 months.
• The percentage of salary deduction is up to 45%.
